To me A Clockwork Orange is the ultimate visualisation of the word "innuendo" hence the tribute/inspiration.
The face is the first picture I took with my digital cam. It's me in a kinda weird vector/manipulation mix. I tried to visualise innuendo (in more than one way because 1NNU3NDO is my alias as you might have noticed

i like it, the contrasts are very nice, and i like how the face comes out good with all the blacks and greys behind it...
